This system was declared inoperable.

This is in violation of l o 151 1 Tochnicn1 soecification 3.3.3.9 and is reportable per Technical Specificatic f o iel ! 6.9.1.13(b).

Since the Health Physics results confirmed no radiation above i background existed. the health and safety of the public were not affected.
