A restart attempt restilted in a start failure.

At 2340 on 6/16/81 after a loss of offsite power, EDG-B again failed to start. These events were contrary to T.S. 3.8.1.1.

In both cases EDG-A and at least one offsite pcwet supply 3,

i-provided redundancy. Maintenance was initiated; operability was restored at-1230 on 5/26/81 & at 1827 on 6/17/81 respectively.

The surveillance frequency was doubled at that time. Special

The relay was adjusted and incorporated into the Surveillance Program.
