security measures established by you following the June 6,19G1 discovery of a mispositioned valve. Based on our conversation, I understand you will not change any of the measures connitted to by you, as documented in ray letter of June 9,1981, without first receiving the concurrence of this office.
Further, I understand that prior to implementing any new measure, an evaluation will be perfonned to demonstrate that the safety of the plant is not compromised by that action.
