Ventilation System was declared inoperable because the A chiller g

ga would not start.

This is in violation of TS 3.7.6 and is reportable per T.S. 6.9.1.13 (b).

Since no overheating occured and a redundant o, g Train was operable, the health and safety of the public were not affected.,
