provide isolation of the nitrogen accumulators leaked.

In order to ensure containment integrity, the valves were closed and thus were declared inoperable. This is in violation of T.S. 3.6.3 and is reportable

,,a,,per T.S. 6.9.1.13(b).

Since closing the valves ensured containment pg integrity, the health and safety of the public were not affected.
