In response to NUREG-0737, Item II.D.1, this letter provides the results of a preliminary review of the generic BWR S/RV test program results (Reference 1).

These tests confirm the adequacy of the S/RV's for Plant Hatch, Units 1 and 2 for all test conditions, as defined in the test description (Reference 2).

Plant Hatch employs the Target Rock, two-stage safety / relief valve, Model No. 7567-F000.

The test results for the Target Rock valve, Model No.

7567-F000 are applicable to this plant's valves (Reference 3).
