A IThe 120V AC power supply was lost.

This is in violation of Technical Speci-totsii fication 3.4.7.1 and is reportable per Technical Specification 6.9.1.13(b).

Ioto1ISince there was not excess leakage at this time, the health and safety of latilI the public'were not affected.
