This is in lo !si i violation of Technical Specification 3.6.1.3 and la reportable per Technical f7T.'1 i Specification 6.9.1.13(b).

Since the outer door remained operable, contain-Ql ment integrity was maintained and the health and safety of the public were f7TT1 I noe affected.

m1 The shear pin which holds the limit switch actuating shaft in place was (TTTl I missing. This prevented the limit switch from being actuated.

The shear mI nin was reolaced and the door was returned to an operable status.
