correspond with the digital readout of the meter.

This is in violation g, of T.S. 3.3.3.8 and is reportable per T.S. 6.9.1.13(b).

Since there gi is only new, unirradiated fuel in the core, the health and m i safety of the public were not affected.

Flow was estimated during the release. The flow meter was set in the correct g,

gl mode, recalibrated and returned to service.
