Docket No. 50-285
Dear Mr. Seyfrit:
. 3 of Omaha Public Power District's letter dated January 30, 1981, identified open items for the Fort Calhoun Station's environmental qualification of safety-related electrical equipment.
Item 3 of the enclosure indicated that predicted radiation levels for valves HCV-348, HCV-383-3, and HCV-383-4 needed to be reevaluated for long term core cooling qualification.
As discussed in a telephone conversation between Messrs. Morris and Patterson of the District and Mr. Madsen of your staff, there were some delays in recalculating radiation levels.
The District's reevaluation is complete and the results have been incor-porated into Qualification Data Sheets for the subject valves.
The revised data sheets are attached as pages 6-63 and 6-85.
Also attached are revised pages 1, 6-52,11-1, and 11-4 to replace pages in the existing Fort Calhoun Station environmental qualification package.
Page i, the Table of Contents, has been revised to reflect changes made to the package in the District's letter of January (30, 1981.
Page 6-52 has been revised to reference the Wyle report En-closure 20) and to reflect refined radiation level calculations.
Pages 11-1 and 11-4 have been revised to indicate the revised radiation levels predicted for area
'P'.
Sincerely, W.'C.' Jones Division Manager Production Operations i
