SUBJECT:
RANCHO SECO CYCLE 5 RELOAD The Comission has issued the enclosed Amendment No. 33 to Facility Operating License No. DPR-54 for the Rancho Seco Nuclear Generating Station.
The amendment consists of chanoes to the Technical Specifi-cations (TSs) in response to your March 13, 1981 application, as sup-plemented by your April 10 and 17,1981 letters.
This amendment changes the operating limits for Cycle 5 operation.
In addition, we have approved the insertion of four axial blanket lead test assemblies into the Cycle 5 core. Minor changes were made to your proposed TSs as agreed to by members of your staff.
Copies of the Safety Evaluation and the Notice of Issuance are also enclosed.
