The inspection involved 66.5 inspector hours onsite by 2 NRC inspectors.

The inspection began during the day shift period; 16 inspection hours were accomplished during offshift periods.

Results: The Licensee was found to be in compliance with NRC requirements i

within the areas examined during this inspection except for the following

item:

Access Control - (Identification, Authorization and Badging) - The licensee did not conduct proper background screening of contractor personnel.

The items of noncompliance from the previous security inspection (IE

Inspection Report No. 50-155'/80-05), with the exception of one item, were closed.

In addition, several unresolved items were identified which will be referred to NRC Headquarters for possible resolution.
