40 42 43 44 47 CAUSE DESCRIPTION ANO CORRECTIVE ACTIONS ltIo11 The suspected cause of failure was a stuck plunger on the closing coil of the valve l lt iii i motor breaker. The plunger was freed by moving the closing coil by hand. The valve l g l was cycled several times while monitoring the coil. No problems were noted. In addi- l l l,t3i l tion, since the failure to operate,the valve has been cycled on *.hree different  ;

i,,4i l occasions as part of the required surveillances. No further action deemed necessary. ,
