FORT ST. VRAIN NUCLEAR GENERATING STtTION, AMENDMENT NO. 74 TO FACILITY OPERATING LICENSE NO. DPR-34 AND APPROVAL OF FORT ST. VRAIN DEFUELING (TAC NO. 73124)
The Comission has issued the enclosed Amendment No. 74 to Facility Ocarating License No. DPR-34 for the Fort St. Vrain Nuclear Generating Station. This amendment consists of changes to the Technical Specifications (TS) in response to your application transmitted by letter dated September 14, 1989 as revised October 13, 1989.
A copy of the related Safety Evaluation supporting this amendment is enclosed.
The Notice of Issuance will be included in the Commission's next regular biweekly _ Federal Register notice.
