Main steam isolation valves 1-14, 1-15, 1-26, 1-27, 1-37, 1-38 and 1-51 exceeded the allowable leak rate of 11.5 SCFH per valve.

Analpis of Occurrence:

Ih There was no damage to plant equipment. Here was no activity release, no personnel exposure or injury and pp danger to the health or safety of the public.

Corrective Action

MSIV's were repaired and then rosested in accordance with SI 4.7.A.2.g-3 until i,

satisfactory results were obtained. Iong-term recurrence control being studied 1

by IN DES.
