Dear Mr. Keppler:
DOCKET NOS. 50-266 AND 50-301 RESPONSE TO IE BULLETIN 80-11 MASONRY WALL DESIGN In reviewing information gathered during field inspec-tion of masonry block walls, we have determined that wall No. 150 should be added to the list of safety related walls provided with our letter dated July 18, 1980.
This wall is described as follows:
Wall 150-18" blockwall, 3 wythe thick, Aux. building, central part, Elevation 26'-0".
. Attachments:
None Proximity:
Pressure Transmitter 1PT946, Conduit 1T946.
This wall was inadvertently left out of our initial listing.
The wall will be re-analyzed using the criteria presented in our 180 day response, dated November 14, 1980.
Upgrading, if required, will be performed in the manner and according to the schedule presented in our submittal dated December 12, 1980.
Please note that our previous responses to IE Bulletin 80-11, which were dated July 18, November 14 and December 12, 1980, were not properly affirmed in accc-dance with the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54 (f) as requested in th% Bulletin.
