Gentlemen:
Thank you for your letter of October 9,1980, infonning us of steps you have
taken to correct the item of noncompliance concerning activities under NRC
Operating License No. DPR-77 brought to your attention in our letter of
September 17, 1980.
We have reevaluated the noncompliance with 49 CFR 173.392(c)(6) involving
bracing of two shipments and find that the items are valid and therefore
stand.
We have examined your corrective actions in which you state procedures
will provide for installation of antiskid blocks at the base of shipping con-
tainers where provisions are not built into the transport vehicle and have no
further questions at this time.
We appreciate your cooperation with us.
