Thank you for your letter of November 13, 1980, informing us of steps you
have taken to correct the item of noncompliance concerning activities under

NRC Operating License No. DPR-33 brought to your attention in our letters
of August 15, and October 27, 1980. We understand as a result of a tele-
phone conversation between J. Domer of your staff and P. Taylor of this
office that future post maintenance testing of the turbine control valve
scram function will be completed prior to proceeding to a mode in which the
equipment is required to be operable. We will examine your corrective
actions and plans during subsequent inspections.
