informing us of steps you have taken to correct the icems of noncompliance
concerning activities under NRC License Nos. DPR-32 and DPR-37 brought
to your attention in our letter of November 18, 1980.

As discussed with E. Davis of your staff by telephone on January 8,
1930, with W. Tobin of this office, our understanding of your supplemental

response to Item C of Inspection Report Nos. 80-38/80-34 is discussed in
the enclosure to this letter.

In accordance with Section 2.790(d) of the NRC's " Rules of Practice,"
Part 2, Title 10, Code of Federal Regulaiions, activities involving
safeguards and security measures are exempt from public disclosure;
