We have reviewed your letter of tbvsnber 18, 1980, which was in reference to the inspection conducted at Surry Power Station on Septenber 28 through October 2, 1980, and reported in IE Inspection Report Nos. 50-280/80-38 and 50-281/80-42.
Our responses to the one infraction and two deficiencies are attached.
