In response to our letter dated August 6, 1975
Gentlemen:
Thank you for informing us of the corrective and preventive actions you
documented in response to our correspondence. These actions will be
examined during a subsequent inspection of your licensed program.
With regard to items (1) and (2) in your letter to us of Septe=ber 3,
1975, our inspector understood from the persons contacted during the
inspection that the exa inations in question had not been performed.
Evidently this was not the case and the recorded results of these exam-
inations will be reviewed during a subsequent inspection.
