4 License No. I?R-3 Docket No. 53-29 APPENDIX A NOTICE OF DEVIATION Based on the results of an NRC inspection during the period July 10-11, 1975, it appears thnt one of your activities was not conducted in con-formance with your commitments to the Commission as indicated below:
A.
Contrary to the licensee's commitment regarding the scope of the In-Service Inspection Program as delineated in his letter of August 30, 1971 to the Division of Reactor Licensing, the following examinations were not performed: Volumetric exam-ination of the integra.ly welded pressuricer vessel supports, visual examination of reactor vessel penetrations and, visual and surface examinations of the primary no::le to vessel head welds of the steam generators.
