> ;~J APPENDIX A NOTICE OF VIOLATION Florida Power Corporation License No. DPR-72 Crystal River 3 Based on the NRC inspection March 21-28, 1980, certain of your activities were apparently not conducted in full compliance with NRC requirements as indicated below. These items have been categorized as described in correspondence to you dated December 31, 1974.
As required by Technical Specification 6.8.3, Temporary changes to proce-dures may be made provided the intent of the original procedure is not altered.
Contrary to the above, on March 26, 1980 a temporary change to Operating Procedure 414, Revision 5, " Nitrogen and Hydrogen System" was used to supply Helium to the "B" Steam Generator which was not in the original intent of the procedure.
This is a Deficiency.
