Based on the NRC inspection October 17-31, 1980, certain of your activities were apparently not conducted in full compliance with NRC requirements as indicated below. These items have been categorized as described in correspondence to you i
i dated December 31, 1974.
As required by 10CFR50, Appendix B, Criterien V and implemented by DPC Topical Report, Paragraph 17.1.5, activities affecting quality shall be pro cribed by documented instructions procedures or drawings....and shall be accomplisned in accordance with these instructions, procedures or drawings.
Cherokee Procedure Q-1 requires any person discovering a nonconforming item to issue a nonconforming item report as soon as possible.
Contrary to the above, a nonconforming item report was not issued by respon-sible engineers for known cracks in the auxiliary building between column lines 60-61 along the AA 11ae wall from elevation 594 to 611 and adjacent roof area.
This is an infraction.
