This refers to your letter dated November 19, 1980, in response to our letter
dated October 30, 1980.
Thank you for infonning us of the corrective and preventive actions documented
in your letter. These actions will be examined during a subsequent inspection
of your licensed program.
In accordance with Sectiion 2.790(d) of the NRC's " Rules of Practice," Part 2,
Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, documentation of findings of the control
and accounting procedures for safeguarding special nuclear materials and facility
security procedures are exempt from disclosure; therefore, Appendix B of your
response letter will not be placed in the Public Document Room.
