MINUTES OF MEETING ON EMERGENCY PLANNING Members of the staff's Emergency Preparedness Licensing Branch met with NSP on November 12, 1980 to discuss the draft Emergency Plan for Monticello and Prairie Island. The EPLB trip report is attached.
