liiOi l Based on a review of previous surveillance test data, this incident was attributed to l l lt Iil Ithe as left condition of the relay following the last surveillance test. The relay wag [i,7 g 1 adjusted and returned to service at 1025 on 9-10-80 following the successful performange [it3l lof the surveillance test.

A hold point has been placed in the procedure for verifica-l l lil4i l tion by supervision of the proper setpoint in cases where adjustments are necessary.
