REVIEW STATUS: EEB - Complete l
The consequences of a spent fuel cask cipping and f=114ng onto spent fuel assemblies in the spent fuel pool have been calculated for the Oconee 3 facility for both the safety evaluation and environmental impact appraisal.
With accident source terms decayed to 43 days, offsite dose consequences are within the exposure guidelines of 10 CFR Part 100 for both 5 percent and 50 percent meteorological conditions. Tables 1 and 2 provide the assu:sptions and results of the exposure calculations.
This review was conducted by M. Wohl, of the Environmental Evalua' tion Branch.
