to our letter of March 31,1978. We have reviewed your response relative
to the adequacy of Qualic.v Control Surveillance during the Containment
Integrated Leak Rate Test @ILRT).
In your reply you provided additional
infonnation, including your ..:terpretation that your Quality Assurance
Program does not require surveillance described in our citation.
Based
on this additional information and our further review, we no longer
consider this matter to be an item of noncompliance.
