'u The subject inspection report identified one violation (A) of 10CFR50, Appendix B, Criterion V, and one violation (3) of 10CFR50, Appendix B, Criterion X.
In response to the Notice of Violation, our reply is pro-vided below.
A.
Failure to follow the CILRT Procedure 1.
Corrective steps which have been taken by you, and the the results achieved:
Your audit report, March 31, 1978, indicated that corree-tive steps were ccepleted prior to the conclusion of the inspection and that no response to Item A(1) is required.
2.
Correc'tive steps which will be taken to avoid further non-cocpliance:
A cemorandun addressed to all plant personnel has been pre-pared that indicates to what extent procedures are to be followed in the future. Results of the NRC Audit Report and specific pages from the procedure are included with the let-ter to illustrate the degree of completeness that steps in the procedure are to be signed off.
In addition, the memo-4 randu: infor:s personnel that sequential steps specified in
[s the procedure are not to be codified or compromised to accoc-('j odate changing conditions that arise during the conduct of a test without first obtaining changes to the procedure in the approved =anner.
