APPENDIX A NOTICE OF VIOLATION Florida Power Corporation License No. DPR-72 Crystal River 3 Based on the NRC inspection December 10-14, 1980, certain of your activities were apparently not conducted in full compliance with NRC requirements as indicated below. These items have been categorized as described in correspondence to you dated December 31, 1974.
As required by Florida Power Corporation's approved Quality Assurance Pro-gram, housekeeping requirements were established in accordance with Regulatory Guide 1.39-1976 and ANSI N45.2.3-1973. Implementing instructions pertaining to Crystal River 3 are contained in Administrative Instruction AI-1000.
Contrary to the above, On December 12, 1979, it was observed that estab-lished housekeeping requirements had not been adhered to, in that, exces-sive amounts of plastic, cardboard, wood, piping and fittings, and general debris had been allowed to accumulate within the Auxiliary Building creating a potential fire and industrial safety hazard.
This is an Infraction.
