DPR-38 DPR-47 DPR-55 APPENDIX A Notice of Violation Based on the results of the NRC inspection on September 14-16, 1977, it appears that certain of your activities were not conducted in full compliance with NRC regulations and the conditions of your NRC Facility License Nos. DPR-38, DPR-47 and DPR-55 as indicated below.
The item is an infraction.
Technical Specification 6.4.1 requires that written procedures with appropriate instructions shall be provided for preventive or corrective maintenance which could affect radiation exposure to personnel.
Contrary to the above, procedure IP/0/A/360/lC, RIA-45 Vent Gas Monitor Low, specified an alarm setpoint higher than the alarm setpoint specified in PT/0/A/230/01, Radiation Monitor Check.
