dated September 8, 1976 and the attached Notice of Violation. As a result
of our review, we find that additional information, as discussed with your
Mr. Doug Sikes during a telephone call on October 4,1976, is needed.
Item No. 2 in the fourth paragraph of our Ictter requested: " corrective
steps which will be taken to avoid further violations." It does not

appear that your response cicarly addresses this request for either item
listed in the Notice of Violation.
