n Docket No. 50-313 NOTICE OF VIOLATION Based on the results of the NRC inspection conducted August 17-19, 1976, it appears that certain of your activities were not' conducted in full compliapce with the requirements as indicated below:

1.
Contrary to 10 CFR 20.203(c)(2), access to the following areas was not controlled on August 18, 1976. Radiation levels were such that a major portion of the body could receive in any one hour a dose in excess of 100 millirem.

Entrance to the Spent Damineralizar Room (Room 30).
b.
Entrance to the Make-up Demineralizar Valve Gallery Room (Room 31).
This item is an infraction.
2.
