Gentlemen:
Thank you for your letter of July 28, 1978, informing us of steps you,
have taken to correct the items of noncompliance concerning activities
under NRC Operating License No. DPR-72 brought to your attention in our
letter of July 12, 1978. We will examine your corrective actions and
plans during subsequent inspections.

With regard to your response to Item A of the Notice gf Violation, it
is our conclusion that this was a licensee identified item of noncompliance.
In that adequate corrective action was taken at the time of the inspection,,
the citation is withdrawn.
With regard to your response to Item C of the Notice of Violation, it is
our understanding that the: Plant Review Committee meeting was held on
June 9,1978, vice Julv 9,1978.
