Crystal River Plant - Unit #3 Docket No. 50-302
Dear Mr. Knuth:
In accordance with Federal Regulation 10CFR50.55e, we wish to submit the final report concerning the nonconfomance reported to you on November 9, 1973. This nonconformance occurred during the installation of the Nuclear Service Sea Water Piping. The final disposition.of the installed piping has been made and it has been established that the subject piping can remain in place. The documentation that verifies the actions
/^N taken by the Site Construction and Quality Organizations and the subsequent (O

correspondence with Gilbert Associates, Inc. Engineering personnel are on file at the Site Generation Quality and Standards Office for perusal by your inspectors.
As mentioned in our November 9th letter, corrective action has been initiated to preclude the re-occurrance of this type of nonconformance.
We hope that this will close this item of nonconfomance. Please advise us if you require any further information.
