Additional Response to Inspection Report No. 50-309/80-02 In response to Reference (d), the following additional information is provided:
To prevent a reoccurrence of the item of non-compliance cited in Reference (b), Maine Yankee has modified Procedure No. 0-02-1, Material Equipment, and Service Purchase, to require that an evaluation be made upon the purchase of equipment of cervices to determine whether additional procedures are required to utilize the equipment or service being purchased.
This procedure has been revised and is presently going through the review and approval process.
Implementation of this revision is expected by June 1, 1980.
