This refers to your letter dated April 3,1980, in response to our letter dated
January 14, 1980.
In accordance with Section 2.790(d) of the NRC's " Rules of Practice," Part 2,
Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, documentation of your control and account-
ing procedures for safeguarding special nuclear materials and facility security
procedures are exempt form disclosure; therefore, the referenced letter will not
be placed in the Public Document Room and will receive limited distribution.
Thank you for informing us in regard to Item 2, as set forth in the Notice of
Violation, enclosed as Appendix A in our letter of January 14, 1980, of the
corrective and pnventive actions documented in your letter.
These actions
will be examined dering a subsequent inspection of your licensed program.
