Your letter of November 1,1977, indicated a disagreement with our letter of October 26; 1977, regarding the interpretation of the requiro-cents of Technical Specification 6.5.1.6 related to review requirements of the Plant Safety Committee. lie have this date submitted a letter to NRC Division of Operating Reactors requesting a written interpretation of t L t Technical Specification since our current implementation is based on our understanding of the specification as developed during discussions with NRC related to our conversion to the current specification.
