compliance with NRC requirements as indicated below.
These items have been categorized as described in our correspondence to you dated December 31, 1974.
Technical Specification 6.2.2.f states that four fire brigade t
members shall be maintained onsite at all times.
Section 2.2.3 of the Emergency Plan states that the emergency team personnel will be trained to fulfill their responsibilities.
Contrary to the above, on several observed dates, the selection of the personnel to form the shift fire brigade was not adequately controlled, inasmuch as one fire brigade member selected to serve on the fire brigade had not completed the fire brigade training program.
This is a deficiency.
