This refers to the inspection conducted by Mr. G. T. Gibson of this

office on May 2-5, 1978, of activities authorized by NRC Operating

License No. DPR-72 for the Crystal River 3 facility, and to the dis-

cussion of our findings held with Mr. P. McKee at the conclusion of the
