NOTICE OF DEVIATION _
Florida Power Corporation License No.: DPR-72 Based on the results of the NRC inspection conducted on May 2-5, 1978, certain of your activities appear to deviate from your commitments to the Commission, as indicated below.
The letter of Mr. W. P. Stewart, Director, Power Production, Florida Power Corporation, dated February 21, 1978 (3-0-3-a-2. CS-78-52) to Mr. J. P. O'Reilly, Director, Region II, in response tc IE inspection report No. 50-302/77-24, stated corrective action to assure the accuracy of Crystal River 3 Emergency Procedure EM-206, " Emergency Roster and Notification," had been achieved.
Contrary to the above, on May 4, 1978, EM-206 listed a fire brigade team member who had left the employ of Crystal River 3 on April 7, 1978, and the corrective action stated in the referenced correspondence was not followed. The supervisor of the fire brigade team member fai.ted to notify the Plant Manager's Jecretary within 10 days of tha individual's employment termination in order to maintain Emergency Procedure EM-206 current.
