NOTICE OF VIOLATION Florida Power Corporation License No.: DPR-72 Based on the results of the NRC inspection conducted on April 24-28, 1978, it appears that certain of your activities were not conducted in full compliance with NRC requirements as indicated below. These items have been categorized as described in our correspondence to you dated December 31, 1974.
Technical Specification 6.9.1.6 requires that routine reports of operr. ting statistics and shutdown experience be submitted on a monthly ben 's not later than the 15th of the month following the calendar month covered by the report.
Contrary to this Technical Specification,the March 1978 Monthly Operating Report was not submitted until April 25, 1978.
This is a deficiency.
