CPPR-51, DOCKET NO. 50-302 Attached is a response to our CDN issued on March 16, 1971, regarding nonconformance observed during the February 9-12, 1971, inspection. We have found the response to be satisfactory.
Please note that we initially expected the licensee to report this item to DRL; however, it is our present understanding that no report is now planned.
If you feel a report is still necessary, please advise me.
We see no particular advantage to a report of the incident although we plan
