Please find enclosed Licensee Event Report 77-7, which is submitted pur-

suant to Technical Specifications 3.5.2 and 6.9.2 as a written Special Ninety (90) Day Report.
During trouble shooting of Emergency Safeguards Actuation System (Chan-nel 2), high pressure injection was inadvertently actuated..The cause of this actuation was determined to be incorrect channel feed designation.-
A d.esign. change has been requested to correct this error.
There were no adverse conseq'tences as a result of this actuation. Because the Reactor Coolant System was in Cold Shutdown Mode, this incident is con-sidered to be zero (0) accumulated high pressure injection cycles.
