Thank you for your letter of February 19, 1980 in reply to our letter of
January 16, 1980 regarding the apparent deviation from equipment storage
requirements described in ANSI Standard N45.2.2. We find that we require
further information regarding the administrative and security controls used
to limit access of personnel to Level C storage areas.

Please identify or describe the nature and extent of the referenced administrative
and security controls, including those documented instructions designating
personnel who are authorized access to Level C storage areas. This information
should be submitted to this office within twenty (20) days of the date of this
letter.
