Thank you for your letters of February 6 and February 29 1980, informing
us of steps you have taken to correct the items of noncompliance concerning
activities under NRC Operating License No. DPR-72 brought to your attention
in our letter cf January 18, 1980. As Mr. A. Gibson and I explained to
Mr. D. Poole and others of your staff during a telephone conversation on
February 15, 1980 after our evaluation of your February 6 response, both
items of noncompliance A and B remain as stated in our January 18, 1980
letter. We will examine your corrective actions and plans during r,absequent
inspections.
