In the course of prcceedings leading to issuance of your construction pemit, we transmitted to you the comments and reccmandatiens of the United States Fish and Wildlife Service regarding the radiological envirenrental program for your nuclear reactcr station.
Included were recomendations of the Service regarding the preparation of precpera-tional and cperational environrantal radiological survey reports and the furnishing of ecpies of these reports to the Service. Other construction permit holders have received similar recc=endations and requests for reports.
This is to request a sumary report on the programs that have been carried out in response to the recomandations by the Fish and Wildlife Service, and in those cases where results of studies or surveys are available, ccpies of the actual reports.
In addition, the Fish and Wildlife Service has requested that we send to them copies of all survey and study reports issued during the past three years on radiolo-gical mcnitoring of the aquatic environment near nuclear power and fuel reprocessing plants. Fifteen copies of all reports are needed for distribution within AEC and Fish and Wildlife Service.
If this number of copies of the su"vey or study reports is not ccnveniently available, please let us know.
In addition to providing the radiolorical envirenrantal monitoring prcg"am results, please indicate any reasures you have taken to cc:mly with other recccendations of the Fish and Wildlife Service. Those aspects addressed in respcnse to Mr. Price's letter of June 27, 1969, en the = al effects may be included by reference.
