The Atomic Energy Comission has issued /mendment No. 3 to Facility Operating License No. DPR-50, issued to the Metropolitan Edison Company, Jersey Central Power and Light Company, and the Pennsylvania Electric Company for Three Mile Island Nuclear Station, Unit 1.
This teendment is identified as Change No. 3 to Facility Operating License No. OPR-50.
Copies of the Amendnent, and the related notice, which has been forwarded to the Office of the Federal Register for publication, are enclosed.
We have concluded that the issuance of this Amendment will not be inimical to the comon defense and security or to the health and safety of the public, and that the Amendment does not involve a significant hazards consideration.
