AMENDMENT TO FACILITY OPERATING LICENSE Amendment No. 3 License No. DPR-50 1.
The Atomic Energy Comission (the Commission) having found that:
A.
A temporary condition wh'.h was included in the operating license is no longer applicable or necessary; amendment to delete that condition is therefore warranted; B.
The facility will operate in conformity with the license, the presi5iec5 ei the Act, and the iules and sevulai.ivn:, vi clie Comission ;
C.
There is reasonable assurance (i) that the activities authorized by this amendment can be conducted without endangering the health and safety of the public, and (ii) that such activi*ies will be conducted in compliance with the Comission's regulations; D.
The issuance of this amendment will not be inimical to the cormion defense and security or to the health and safety of the public; and E.
Prior public notice of this amendment is not required since the amendment does not involve a significant hazards consideration.

Accordingly, Paragraph 2.C.(1) of Facility License No. DPR-50 is hereby amended to read as follows:
"(1) Maximum Power Level Metropolitan Edison Company is authorized to operate the facility at steady state reactor core power levels not in excess of 2535 megawatts themal."
